We are hiring a detail-driven Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage daily outbound and inbound shipping workflows within our fully remodeled offices located inside our 25,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution center. This role is the operational backbone of our delivery process, ensuring that premium porcelain pavers and integrated deck systems reach commercial and residential projects on time.
This is not just a clerical position; it requires a highly organized and dependable professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. You will serve as the primary link between the warehouse, customers, carriers, and internal teams. Your day will involve coordinating complex freight arrangements (LTL, FTL, and direct-ship), verifying site conditions using digital mapping tools, and ensuring all documentation is precise. Success in this role means consistently meeting shipping deadlines, resolving exceptions proactively, and maintaining the high standards of reliability that our customers expect.

Experience with packing documentation, BOLs, PODs, and freight tracking. Experience coordinating with warehouse staff, trucking companies, and brokers.
