About the Role
Braum's is seeking a positive and energetic Shift Supervisor to lead our food service operations. In this role, you will execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to ensure a great customer experience and maximized sales. You will play a vital part in strengthening the team's contribution toward unit goals by teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to store crew members.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing shift operations for the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness while ensuring all store policies and practices are implemented and followed. Success in this position requires a customer-focused approach, a high standard of integrity, and the ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. The specific shift hours are from 2:00 PM to Close.
