About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the team's contribution toward unit goals. You will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, fostering an environment of trust and success. Your day-to-day involves overseeing shift operations across our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales while actively monitoring inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
You will share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. By focusing on customer satisfaction and food quality, you will help maximize store sales and drive the team forward.
