About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for your community. You will partner with your team to maintain store operating policies and standards, ensuring quality beverages and food products are delivered with care. This role is about more than just operations; it is about empowering your team through coaching and fostering a culture of connection.
