The Role

As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will be responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Your day will involve managing safety, security, and profitability while communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition. You will also help your assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
