As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will lead shifts every week, making sure every customer gets a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
Your day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will monitor safety, security, and profitability while communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. You may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and possess the passion to work in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment. If you have previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, you are a great fit.
