As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for every customer. You will be the driving force behind a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, ensuring the business runs smoothly while you hone your leadership skills.
Your day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will be responsible for maintaining safety, security, and profitability, while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for success.
