About the Role

This position is for a Shift Manager at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. As a Shift Manager, you provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards for safety, security, and profitability. You will also communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a successful shift.
