About the Role

The purpose of the Shift Leader is to make the lives of the employees and the guests better by creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. You will guide team members to ensure they complete all assigned duties, serve safe and quality food, and maintain a high standard of customer service. This role involves fostering a recognition culture that creates a positive work environment, resolving employee issues, and navigating challenging situations with appropriate guidance.
