About the Role

The purpose of the Shift Leader is to make the lives of the employees and the guests better by creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers great food and a friendly experience. This role involves guiding team members to complete assigned duties, ensuring safe and quality food service, and driving fast, friendly customer interactions. You will also serve as a strategic planner, interpreting financial data to deliver profit and sourcing, hiring, and developing excellent team members.
