This position is with HHF Inc., an independent franchisee operating a market of six McDonald's restaurants across Florence, Marion, and Latta, South Carolina. About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for every customer. You will be responsible for planning shifts, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). Your day will involve managing safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the next shift to ensure continuity. You will also help your assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
