The Role

As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will lead shifts every week, making sure every customer gets a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. This role is perfect for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and have the passion to work in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment.

You will be responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will also monitor safety, security, and profitability, while communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Additionally, you may be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
