The Role
As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for every customer. You will lead shifts every week, making sure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit.
You will be responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's Golden Standards. Your day will involve managing safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless transition. You will also help your assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
Who You Are
We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and possess the passion to work in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. You must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager.
