As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for every customer.

As a Shift Manager, you lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. You will plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards for safety, security, and profitability. You will also communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
