About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will lead shifts every week, making sure every visitor receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. This role is ideal for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment and have a passion for having fun while working.
