What to Expect
As a Shift Manager, you will lead a winning team with a cheerful, can-do attitude. Your day involves providing clear direction, coaching team members in real-time, and stepping in to assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling as needed. You will address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism while ensuring the store meets RaceTrac's standards for guest service, food safety, and cleanliness.
You will also model communication and accountability by relaying important updates from leadership, monitoring task completion, and fostering a culture rooted in respect and teamwork. Proactively stepping in during busy times or challenges will show your team what great leadership looks like.

Requirements

Nice to Have
2-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of management experience, vendor management experience, previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environments, and previous experience working in a retail environment.
