About the Role

At RaceTrac, our General Managers don't just run a store—they lead a team, drive profitability, and create unforgettable guest experiences. This is an opportunity for a high-energy leader to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where no two days are the same. You will oversee up to 45 employees, build a culture of excellence, and develop strategies that ensure operational success while operating with an entrepreneurial mindset supported by guided leadership.

Your mission is to foster a guest-obsessed culture where every interaction is exceptional. You will recruit, train, and mentor team members, preparing them for growth opportunities while providing continuous feedback and coaching. By analyzing business metrics and executing operational plans, you will drive sales, labor, and profitability goals. Beyond performance, you will lead by example in upholding safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the store remains clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
