About the Role

This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate company and employer. As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

What to Expect

As a Shift Manager, you will plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Your day will involve managing safety, security, and profitability, as well as communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. You may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments achieve their goals.
