The Role

As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will lead shifts every week, making sure every visitor gets a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. This role is ideal for positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment.

Your day-to-day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will be responsible for safety, security, and profitability, while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless handover. You may also help your assigned departments meet their targets and manage key areas such as food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, crew training, and scheduling.
