About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during your shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead shifts every week, making sure customers receive the best experience possible. Your day will involve planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring safety, security, and profitability, as well as communicating with the next Shift Manager to help them prepare for a successful shift.
