As a Shift Manager, you will drive your restaurant's success while leading a team that is motivated, supported, and empowered to do their best work. You will be trusted to model authentic communication, foster an environment of respect and accountability, and assign tasks ranging from cleaning to opening and closing duties. Your role involves controlling food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift, while championing hospitality to exceed brand standards and deliver a best-in-class guest experience. You will also ensure safety and compliance with food safety, security, and labor standards, bringing our vision of a people-first culture to life every day.
