This position is for a Shift Manager at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for every customer. You will inspire your best work and move forward in a career that offers good benefits and opportunities for advancement.
You will choose your hours, pursue your education, and build your skills while being yourself. The role involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will also monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
