As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will lead shifts every week, making sure every visit is fast, accurate, and friendly. This role is ideal for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and have the passion to work in the famously fast-paced McDonald's environment.
You will be responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Your day will involve monitoring safety, security, and profitability, as well as communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. You may also be responsible for meeting targets during your shifts and helping your assigned departments meet their goals.
