About the Role
As a Shift Manager (also known as a Swing Manager), you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role is about inspiring your best work, moving you forward, and helping to run a business that serves up delicious food and feel-good moments.
You will have the flexibility to choose your hours while pursuing your education and building your skills. Your day-to-day involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards, and communicating effectively with the next manager to prepare them for a great shift. You will also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments achieve their goals.
