The Role

As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will lead shifts every week, making sure every customer gets a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. This role is about more than just managing tasks; it is about creating a positive environment where the team can thrive.

You will be responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will also monitor safety, security, and profitability, while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
