About the Opportunity

This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it is a separate company and employer. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no control over these decisions and will not receive your application or be involved in the hiring process.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your role involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. You will also monitor safety, security, and profitability, while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. Additionally, you may be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments achieve their goals.
