About the Role
As a Shift Leader, you will become part of our tradition by bringing your energy to a team dedicated to pleasing people with our authentic sub sandwiches. This role is ideal for those who enjoy bantering with people and sharing their life in a positive, high-energy setting. Beyond learning our business, you will develop a new level of social decorum to take with you throughout your life.
In this position, you will act as a General Supervisor, possessing strong leadership qualities and the capability to run store operations. You will be responsible for running shifts, identifying needs, serving as a training role for crew members, and managing cash control. You are expected to exemplify all expectations and job description items listed for crewmembers while maintaining a proven track record of operational consistency and customer focus.
Dress Code
Jersey Mike's maintains specific appearance standards to uphold our brand image. Requirements include no colored hair, no facial piercings, and no excessive tattoos. Facial hair is limited to a length of 1/4 inch.
