The Role
This position involves managing a high-acuity patient load, typically seeing 12 patients per day with an additional 4-6 consultations from the ER. The role requires advanced clinical skills, including ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive), bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage, central line and arterial line insertion, ICP evaluation and management, dialysis catheter placement, and acute volume and blood pressure management.
Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this position ranges from $220.00 to $250.00. These rates are all-inclusive, combining an hourly base pay with other potential earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay. Actual rates are affected by factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
