About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you will serve as the leader on the floor, ensuring every customer receives a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide direction to crew members and other managers to uphold our standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your day involves planning for the shift, monitoring performance in real-time, and taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's rigorous standards. You will also focus on safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to set them up for success.
