You will provide leadership to crew members and other managers during your shift, fostering an environment where great food and exceptional service are the norm.

Your day will involve planning for the upcoming shift, monitoring performance in real-time, and taking action to ensure the team meets our restaurant standards. You will be responsible for maintaining safety, security, and profitability while communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless handover. Whether you are managing inventory, overseeing daily maintenance, or training team members, your goal is to help your assigned team meet their targets and goals.
