About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for our customers. You will lead shifts every week, making sure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. This role is about more than just monitoring performance; it is about planning for each shift, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards, and communicating effectively with the next Shift Manager to help them run a great shift as well.

In this position, you will be responsible for meeting targets during your shifts and helping your assigned departments meet their goals. You will foster a culture of safety, security, and profitability while managing daily maintenance, inventory, and food safety. Your day will involve training crew, scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression.
