The Shift Lead at Banfield Pet Hospital serves as a vital bridge between clinical excellence and operational efficiency. This position is designed to ensure continuity of care and leadership presence across all shifts, even when the Practice Manager or Chief of Staff are not onsite. By balancing hands-on veterinary support with team coordination, the Shift Lead helps maximize hospital productivity while maintaining the highest standards of client service and animal welfare.
