As a CNC Machining Operator on the 2nd Shift, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your mission is to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment to produce quality parts that meet rigorous production and quality standards. This role is vital for ensuring safe work practices, accurate production, proper documentation, and continuous attention to quality, safety, and housekeeping.
You will work collaboratively in a team environment, following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. The work model for this position is onsite, requiring you to be present at the facility to maintain production schedules and cross-train on additional machines.
