About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect/Developer to lead the design and implementation of our Service Portfolio Management (SPM) and IT Business Management (ITBM) capabilities. This role is critical for aligning our project delivery, financial governance, and resource planning within a complex enterprise environment.
As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between technical configuration and functional business needs. You will be responsible for architecting robust solutions that balance best-practice configuration with necessary customization, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Your work will directly support our governance boards and PMO processes, enabling stage-gated delivery models and effective IT demand management.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an onsite environment in Coppell/Dallas, Texas, with flexibility for on-site collaboration as needed. You will play a pivotal role in integrating ServiceNow with our finance, time, HR, and DevOps systems, while also supporting post-go-live operations and audits to ensure continuous compliance and optimization.
