About the Role
We are seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics specializing in electronic security solutions. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. The position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues regarding security systems and equipment, ensuring application uptime and system performance.
Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving application issues both individually and as part of a team. You will execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability, perform routine configuration changes, and conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing for all upgrades and major modifications. Additionally, you will perform on-site installations of software upgrades and produce quality technical documentation that explains the conceptual and quantitative facets of system deployment to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Securitas Technology is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: High School diploma required or equivalent; Familiarity installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment; Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing; and Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control systems a plus.
