We are seeking technically minded individuals with experience in low voltage electronics specializing in electronic security solutions. Our teams are responsible for providing service on STC products directly at customer sites. This position serves as the primary customer contact for all post-installation problems regarding security systems and equipment, while also engaging in special project work as needed.
In this role, you will ensure application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing issues both individually and as part of a team. You will execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability and identify system faults, while performing routine configuration changes. The role requires documenting all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system and producing quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications, as well as on-site installations of software upgrades.
