About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automatic Door Service Technician to join our team in Springfield, MA. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for troubleshooting service calls, performing repairs, and executing scheduled maintenance to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction on every visit.
You will represent our brand professionally while promoting our products and services. The position requires traveling throughout the coverage area to serve diverse environments, including hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, business offices, and retail locations. You will work in various conditions, from extreme weather to indoor settings, often interacting with moving mechanical parts and electrical systems.
Hiring Process
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and commit to obtaining AAADM certification (ANSI 156.10 & 156.19) within six months of hire. The role involves collaborating with dispatch, parts, and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
