About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital, resident-facing member of our team, performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within single-family rental homes. This role is designed for professionals with a drive to excel who are ready to join our "work-family" and embrace our fast, friendly approach.
You will be assigned a company vehicle and travel between homes in a geographic region (preferred in the Ruskin Area) to deliver timely and professional maintenance service. Your day will involve interacting daily with our customers, ensuring their living experience is positive while upholding company operational and safety policies. We are looking for dedicated learners passionate about serving residents and maintaining top-quality homes in an industry that is quickly evolving.
