As an Apprentice Technician, you will join our service team in a dedicated learning capacity. This entry-level position is designed to help you grow your knowledge, skills, and certifications as you progress toward becoming a fully qualified Service Technician. You will work closely with Master Technicians and Team Leaders to examine customer vehicles, identify necessary repairs, and assist with estimating costs.
Your day-to-day will involve performing vehicle repairs and maintenance under supervision, documenting services, and utilizing dealership technologies to enhance the customer experience. You will learn to perform services efficiently according to manufacturer guidelines while maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical expertise while interacting with customers, service advisors, and the service manager.

We are looking for candidates with basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems, demonstrable mechanical skills, and technical training or experience. A valid driver's license is required, and eligibility for NAPA, manufacturer, and state inspection/emissions training is a plus.

This position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Duties are performed primarily in the service area, involving movement around vehicles, the safe operation of power tools, and exposure to conditions such as noise, vibration, and exhaust fumes. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical actions including standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling.
