About the Role
As a Technician at our South Austin location, you will be the expert responsible for identifying necessary vehicle services and performing high-quality repairs, maintenance, and service work. This role is vital to maintaining our commitment to the customer experience, ensuring every vehicle is serviced efficiently and according to both dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
In this position, you will examine customer vehicles, estimate repair costs, and document all services performed. You will utilize available technologies to enhance the customer journey while maintaining our high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards. Your work environment will be organized, clean, and safe, requiring you to operate power tools and test equipment while adhering to all federal, state, and company safety regulations. You will frequently interact with service advisors, the service manager, and customers, presenting information clearly and effectively.

Hiring Process & Application
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and relevant technical training or experience. We provide all required manufacturer fundamental training and NAPA training to ensure you are fully equipped to perform warranty repairs, PDI's, maintenance, and minor repairs on most vehicles. Successful candidates will also meet or exceed manufacturer requirements for ASE tests and hold any state inspection or emissions licenses required by Texas.
