As a Service Technician, you will be the face of Leaf Home at customers' homes, responsible for servicing and maintaining our installed systems. This role exists to ensure our customers receive outstanding service during repairs, annual maintenance, and inspections. You will perform onsite inspections, troubleshoot issues, conduct basic plumbing repairs, and manage the removal or reinstallation of systems based on service ticket requests.
Your day will involve proactive engagement with homeowners to provide a superior customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards. You will document and close services accurately in our ticketing system while adhering to strict job site safety rules and OSHA guidelines. This position requires comfort working at heights and the ability to handle occasional overnight travel, overtime, and weekend or evening hours to meet business needs.
