The Service Technician is an integral part of our operations, serving as the face of Data Business Equipment (DBE) while delivering the world-class service our customers expect. In this field-based role, you will be the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of banking and security equipment, including ATMs, ITMs, cash recyclers, cash counters, security systems, and video surveillance infrastructure.
Your day involves quickly responding to dispatched service calls to provide both remote and onsite support. You will troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical systems, perform scheduled preventative maintenance, and manage parts inventory. Success in this role requires balancing technical precision with exceptional customer relationship skills to maintain a professional image and ensure client satisfaction.

The work environment is characterized by moderate noise levels. The role requires a clean driving record and the ability to travel to various customer locations.
