The Service Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and development of the Electronic Service Department, ensuring quality customer service across the board. This role involves mentoring and empowering employees to complete tasks in a highly efficient manner while working directly with customers to ensure their expectations are exceeded.
In this fast-paced environment, you will partner with the Operations Manager to drive branch operations. You will assist in system design, develop and enforce operations policies, and oversee service efficiencies and installation methods. Your day will involve leading and evaluating technicians, holding monthly service meetings, and visiting job sites to ensure total customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the Customer Service Department on troubleshooting, work with the Central Station on dispatch and false alarm reduction, and manage service inventory to reduce material costs.
