About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor for Electronic Security, you will serve as the operational backbone of our branch, supervising the installation and service departments. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to influence growth and change. You will not only manage daily business functions but also mentor and empower your team to complete tasks with high efficiency.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and customer satisfaction. You will work directly with customers to ensure every installation and service call exceeds their expectations. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with the Sales team on system design, developing and enforcing branch policies, and coordinating with our Monitoring Center to reduce false alarms and troubleshoot complex alarm issues. You will also play a key role in training technicians on monitoring center operations and alarm technology, ensuring our team stays ahead of industry standards.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verified3-5 years experience as lead technician, manager, or supervisor in Electronic Security Industry
- verifiedNICET II certification
- verifiedValid driver's license and good driving record
- verifiedKnowledge of fire and electrical codes
- verifiedAbility to obtain specified state licensure/certifications
- verifiedMathematical skills including basic algebra and geometry
