About the Role
As a Service Superintendent, you will provide leadership to foremen, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and discipline to ensure efficient and professional roof system installations. You will represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel, and the public. This role exists to oversee all aspects of service field work, ensuring that production and quality goals are met while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
In this position, you will visit job sites daily to supervise foremen and assist with crew leadership. You will be responsible for resolving complaints, conducting safety audits, and ensuring crews have the necessary information and instructions to complete their jobs. From reviewing plans and delegating crews to investigating incidents and coordinating communication between the office and job sites, you will be the bridge that keeps our operations running smoothly.
