About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Crane Service Manager to join our team. This role is central to our mission of ensuring innovation comes standard with every order. You will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining Morgan's industrial overhead cranes at customer sites across the U.S.
As a member of this team, you will work in diverse field-based environments, including industrial sites and manufacturing facilities. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and safely operating at heights and with heavy equipment in varying weather conditions. This position requires significant travel (75–90% of the time), including overnight stays, to fulfill our vision of challenging the possibilities of today by thinking differently.
