- check_circleCoordinate maintenance employee schedules and assign work to staff

- check_circleEnsure preventive maintenance programs are implemented and documented
- check_circleManage security and maintenance of all property-issued tools
- check_circleRespond to resident requests and ensure follow-up on satisfaction results
- check_circleConduct daily property and grounds inspections for maintenance needs and hazards
- check_circleMonitor monthly maintenance budgets and maintain adequate supply inventory
- check_circleInspect, repair, install, and replace mechanical equipment and components
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of five or more years of progressive maintenance and safety experience
- verifiedEPA Core certification
- verifiedType I-Appliances certification
- verifiedType II-HAVC certification
- verifiedCertified Pool Operator certification
- verifiedHigh School diploma (preferred)
- verifiedAdvanced computer skills
