As the Service Manager, you will have a big mission: to coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain buildings and facilities. In this role, you will prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee the work product for a community ranging from 300 to 500 units. You may be involved in new construction or the modification of existing properties, performing a variety of complicated tasks while maintaining adequate inventory of supplies and monitoring the monthly maintenance budget.
Your commitment to the service needs of both internal and external customers will be paramount. You will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner. As you can likely tell, "how" things are done matters just as much as "what" was done here at BH!
