Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCollaborate with management to create solutions for increased revenue and reduced spending
- check_circleCollaborate with accounting personnel to report expenditures
- check_circleRecruit exceptional hourly staff members and ensure they are properly trained
- check_circleWork with the chef team to ensure customer satisfaction by auditing menu items
- check_circleMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing sanitation standards
- check_circleRespond quickly to guest complaints and requests in a friendly and professional manner
- check_circleAdjust the environment, music, lighting, and temperature to maintain the appropriate atmosphere
- check_circleCultivate the restaurant's in-house training program for all hourly positions
Requirements
