About the Role
The Operations Manager serves as the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff, reporting directly to the District Operations Manager. This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and training the Service team to create a fun atmosphere and be great hosts. Beyond greeting members and directing guests, you will serve as a representative of the gym's commitment to exceptional service.
You will oversee day-to-day tasks resulting in Operational Excellence throughout the gym. This includes managing retail, member fees compliance, and inspecting gym functionality and cleanliness. You will partner with the sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing teams to improve overall gym performance and uphold brand standards. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to the evolving needs of the gym, with duties subject to change under the discretion of management.
